We establish strategic partnerships with distributors from all over the world to offer products adapted to the consumers’ needs in each country.PRODUCTS: The main products of CICONEA are Infant Formulas, developed by our technical department who choose the optimal ingredients and study market trends applying knowledge and professional ethics to meet the needs of our customers, ever conscious of the importance of feeding during the first months of life.Neolact Premium and Neolact Advance are the main brands of Ciconea baby feeding. These formula range is aimed to feed babies from first day and during the first years of life (considering that supplementary food has to be introduced from 6 months onwards). We are also developing a new product line.FOOD SUPPLEMENTS. The first product launched in this category has been Neolact Mum, a food supplement aimed to satisfy the nutritional needs of women during preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding, as a complementary line to our infant formula category. This category is aimed to be completed by 2021 with an infant food supplements line containing Vitamin D, Probiotics, Vitamin C and other food supplements for babies. SERVICES AND BUSINESS MODEL: Continuous development of new product line to satisfy consumer needs. In-depth nutrition research and formulation development, improving formulas in composition using breast milk as a reference. Business development support and flexibility to adapt our products to the different needs of our distributors and consumers not only in composition but also adapting in-house the product design. Open communication with our distributors to stablish flexible and valuable and long termrelationships and be considered the most attractive option.
