Eurocaviar,S.A is a Spanish company founded in 1983, specialized in the manufacture of high quality and food spherification caviar substitutes. Products such as the Mujjól Shikrán, Salmón Shikrán, Delicias D’Anchoa, among others, make us the leading company in Spain and with a high position globally in the caviar market segment. Over the years and a permanent research, Eurocaviar, specializes in all kinds of spheres. Pearls of products as diverse as seaweed algae such as Wakame or Codium Tomentosum (reminds Barnacle flavour as it grows besides)….either balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI,Jerez PDO (Sherry), looking for the raw material in its origin, thus creating products that are different and stand out from the rest because of their high quality. The current facilities in Ceutí (Murcia) have a surface area of 10000m2 and a production capacity of 4000 kg per day, all with a maximum level of quality, thanks to the modernization and optimization carried out with the addition of latest generation machinery, the continuous training of our staff and the rigorous control of the specilized Quality Department, as it’ss certified annually accordingly to BRC & IFS in latest standards issued.
