Cherry honey is a honey that tends to crystallize, changing its color until it reaches a grayish-white hue.It gives rise to a pasty mass, with fine crystals. Honey has an extremely pleasant taste, with aftertastes that refer to the taste of bitter almond. Cherry honey is very pleasant and fragrant.
